APPROXIMATIONS
TE's table strives for concept and not so much for operational accuracy.  Thus, some computed values must be approximated for following reasons:
First and foremost, the youth and inexperience of the author who welcomes all corrections and comments.
Second, incremental distance assumed straight line distance between positions computed for each degree of cycler's orbital travel.  While convenient, Kepler assures us the path between each successive position is elliptical.  Though the author introduced a "fudge" factor to mitigate this error, values are still only approximate.
Third, Earth angles (θEand Mars angles (θM) assume circular orbits.  Of course, orbits for Earth and Mars have slight eccentricities. Thus, values are only approximate. 
Fourth, author assumes zero inclination for both orbit of Mars and orbit of Cycler. This is definitely not true of Mars and probably not true of TE's notional Cycler.  (There are likely more reasons and more errors which may be slight but definitely nonzero.)
