4) CRUISE FOR SEVERAL YEARS
To conserve fuel, vessel then terminates propulsion and maintains earth like gravity via centrifugal force by spinning vessel about its longitudinal axis at carefully planned angular velocity.

7) TIME DILATION DURING ACCELERATION
Computing time dilation for acceleration and deceleration is much more difficult because g-force velocity is not static; it is dynamic. Therefore, Thought Experiment (TE) decided to approximate acceleration's time dilation by averaging velocities. Thus, following text discusses different methods to average vessel speeds.(For convenience, round one year to 360 days for exercises a through e.) a. Overall Average.
